I saw this pictured write-up👆on LinkedIn about a while ago and I was chilled.

The fact that you are the boss, leader or even a superior doesn't mean your voice has to heard all the time, you know! Sometimes, there is wisdom in keeping mute or quiet enough for others(subordinates) to talk and you thereby gain more understanding through that.

We all know you are the boss but you don't have to put it into action all the time.

Love shouldn't make you cry or be sorrowful often, love shouldn't inflict fear in you. If your relationship can't help you build up your life (either male or female folks), it shouldn't help break the existing one.. Stay healthy in every aspect, most importantly, your relationship or love life because it coordinates the other aspects of ones life one way or the other. Remember, Being healthy is impo rtant .
